Prayer Requests

Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.(James 5:13-16 ESV)

George is in St. Joseph. He is 86 and they say he has a form of Parkinson's. He has been and is having a very hard time. Clara, his wife, also needs your prayers as she has been trying to care for him by herself. She is also 86. They are wonderful people and have been friends of my for almost 30 years. Please pray that God will give them both the strength they need to continue facing whatever is in store for them.

Please pray for my husband Ronnie in the ICU at St. Joe's battling a staph infection and pneumona. He has a 50/50 recovery rate but he is young (56) and has a strong heart.
